As a qualified Nutrition Coach and BSc Psychology graduate, I bring more than just training know-how. I help you master the mindset and behaviour changes that make results stick.
You’ll have me every step of the way with regular check-ins, quick messages, and video calls for motivation and accountability. We’ll track everything through my fitness app (because data is sexy!) and celebrate each milestone together to build a stronger, healthier, more confident you.
