SUNRISE RUN CLUB
SHOW UP EARLY TO BUILD SOMETHING THAT LASTS
Sunrise Run Club is a 10-week structured programme for women, designed to help you build consistency, strength, and confidence in your running, all leading towards a supported 10km run on July 18th.
Starting May 14th through to July 16th, we meet EVERY Thursday morning from 6:30–7:30am in Mayow Park, Sydenham.
This is more than just a run club. You’ll be guided through 10 progressive sessions, each with a specific focus to help you improve safely and effectively:
Warm-up drills & running technique
Zone 2 (easy aerobic running)
Threshold pacing & interval training
Building endurance week by week
What’s included:
10 coached sunrise run sessions that will gradually build towards a 10km run
The Sunrise System: your full training programme (running, strength + mobility) for you to action at home or gym
Support, accountability and community
A strong, empowering start to your day
